Welcome to the Marine Modeling and Analysis Branch Obsolete Technical Procedures Bulletin Index. Each Technical Procedures bulletin (TPB) describes an operational Guidance Product which this Branch produced. If a product is replaced by new technology then a new tpb is written and the old tpb is transferred to this Index.

This site is not maintained 24 hours a day 7 days a week; therefore, it cannot be considered an operational site, and the distribution of the products below cannot be construed as being in an operational status. Outages may occur from time to time and will be repaired as rapidly as possible, during normal working hours. (8:00 - 4:30 EST/EDT, M-F, US).
